2. Data sources, basis for processing, and consequences of not providing data

You provide contact and business information voluntarily by email or another contact channel. We process it as necessary to respond to your request, establish or perform a contractual or similar relationship, and where you have given consent. If you do not provide a way for us to contact you, we may be unable to respond or provide follow-up service.

We collect analytics data only after you expressly choose “Allow analytics.” Refusing or withdrawing analytics cookies does not affect access to the site's main content, contact details, or ordinary browsing features.

To deliver pages, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure, website hosting or network providers may still process necessary IP addresses and request logs when analytics cookies are disabled. We do not use those technical records for personalized advertising on this site.

4. Cloudflare site delivery and security services

This site uses Cloudflare, Inc. for content delivery, reverse proxy, and network security services. When you connect to the site, Cloudflare first processes technical data needed to deliver pages and prevent abuse, including IP address, traffic-routing data, system configuration, requested URL, time, and related network records. This necessary processing is not controlled by your analytics-cookie choice and may occur outside Taiwan through Cloudflare's global network.

5. Google Analytics 4 and international processing

After you consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google LLC, to understand aggregate traffic and page usage. Google may process browser or device information, approximate location, referrer, pages visited, timestamps, and pseudonymous browser identifiers. This processing may take place outside Taiwan. We do not send the contents of emails or contact details you provide directly to GA4.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. If we become aware of a personal data incident, we will take response, notification, and other measures required by applicable law. No network or storage method is completely secure; please do not send unnecessary sensitive data or passwords through ordinary email.
